This past year the Greater Cicero Community Festival was
marking its 22nd Year!
Also the theme for the festival was
"ROCKIN' IN THE USA!"
theme was throughout the festival and parade...
The Grand Marshal of the parade this year was Joe Galuski from 570 WSYR. Joe is the Morning Personality and lives in Cicero. Joe was honored at the festival.
Each day there was Entertainment! Friday night - Ruby Shooz performed from 6pm to 10pm.
"The Hottest Band on the Planet" performed on Saturday night from 6:15pm to 10:15pm
Latizia and the Z Band.
Saturday festivities kicked off at 12noon with the "Rockin' in the USA!" Community Parade. The schedule
inclued the Cicero Community Craft & Business Show, and the Star Search competition from 3pm to 5pm. There was
the fun zone for the kids, along with martial arts and karate demonstrations.
In the evening there was the Price Chopper Fireworks!
Festival admission was free on Saturday.
Plus again this year at the Festival there were the Midway with rides & games!
Also there was a variety of non-food and food vendors on both days
